Terms & Conditions

InstruMix offers senior-focused music and movement wellness memberships on a monthly subscription basis at $47 USD per month. Your membership grants you access to our course curriculum, Choreo (movement choreography), Community forums, and instructor directory.

Billing & Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive email reminders before each renewal.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Upon cancellation, you lose access to all course lessons, Choreo, and Community features. Certificates you have earned remain yours and will not be revoked.

Payment Terms: We accept credit and debit cards processed through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method in your customer portal. After 7 days, your membership will be suspended.

Reactivation: If your membership is paused or canceled, you may reactivate at any time at the current monthly rate of $47. Upon reactivation, you regain full access to all course materials and community features.

You agree to use InstruMix only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes: harassing, abusing, or threatening instructors or other members; sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account; reproducing, copying, or distributing course materials without permission; posting spam, hate speech, or explicit content in Community forums; impersonating another user or providing false information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

All course content, including videos, choreography, music, and written materials, is owned by InstruMix or licensed by us for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute this content.

Upon completing all 26 lessons, you will automatically receive an InstruMix certificate of completion. This certificate is proof of your completion and may be shared or displayed as you wish. Certificates are not revoked upon cancellation or membership pause.

InstruMix provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including injuries from performing exercises or movements. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness or wellness program.

InstruMix uses Stripe to process payments and Google to offer optional sign-in. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of InstruMix constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
