About InstruMix

Who Is InstruMix?

A wellness program built on music and movement — created to enhance the quality of life for older adults, and to train others to do the same in their own communities.

Our Vision

Empowering people to deliver high-quality wellness programs

Our vision is to empower people like you with the training, education and support needed to deliver high-quality wellness programs that enrich the lives of the aging population. We are committed to continuously refining our curriculum, integrating the latest research and evidence-based practices to ensure meaningful, engaging and effective programming for older adults.

Our Mission

Enhancing well-being through music and movement

At InstruMix, our mission is to enhance physical and mental well-being through the power of music and movement. We create fun, engaging experiences that improve quality of life and bring joy to individuals of all ability levels, including those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

We achieve this by partnering with family members, personal trainers, senior care communities, wellness centers, and other organizations. Through comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to our curated choreography, we empower others to bring the benefits of InstruMix to their communities, and enrich the lives of those they serve.
