InstruMix is a unique senior wellness program that combines music and dance therapy with handheld percussion instruments to promote active aging and support overall senior health. Led by certified instructors, the program encourages connection, creativity, and self-expression through rhythm, movement, and community — redefining what it means to age actively and joyfully.
